After a year of hosting bootcamps, Rupa University is thrilled to invite you to join our Mentorship Program for GI Health led by Julie Davey, RN, MSN, ANP-C, ACNP-C! The mentorship program offers a range of features designed to support and enhance your professional development journey. To ensure smooth registration, please ensure you have an NPI number, as it’s required for participation. Live group sessions are held every Wednesday from 12-1 PM PST / 3-4 PM EST.

No Doctor-Patient Relationship: The interactions and communications within the Program do not establish a doctor-patient relationship between Mentors, any Participant or any clients referenced by Participant. Participant agrees the Program is not providing medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment and will not be used as a basis for making individual client related decisions.
  3. Release and Indemnification: Participants of the Program hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Rupa Health, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and Mentors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the following:
    • Claims for personal injury, property damage, or economic loss arising from any advice or information provided by Mentors.
    • Claims arising from any action taken by Participants based on such advice or information.
    Participants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rupa Health for any claims brought by third parties arising from Participants' participation in the Program.Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge and agree that they are assuming all risks associated with their participation in the Program and their reliance on any advice or information provided.

Compliance with Laws and Standards: Participants: Acknowledge, understand and agree that they are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Program and any actions taken based on received advice strictly adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards relevant to their field and professional practice.
  5. HIPPA Compliance: Participant acknowledges that it's Participant's obligation to protect the privacy and security of any protected health information (PHI) , as applicable to Participant's profession. Particpant has implemented appropriate safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and protection of PHI.
  6. Changes to Disclaimer: Rupa Health reserves the right to alter or amend this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. It is the Participant's responsibility to remain informed about any changes.
