Start Date: July 28th, 2025
Join Dr. Cheryl Burdette, co-founder of Precision Point Diagnostics, for an in-depth training on identifying inflammatory triggers through gut permeability, dietary, and toxicity markers—using key insights from both the P88-DIY and Gut-Ox Tests.
📅 Live calls with Dr. Cheryl Burdette will be held at 3:00 pm PST/6:00 pm EST on Monday, July 28th, August 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, and September 8th, 2025. (There will be no live session on September 1st)
This course includes a P88-DIY Dietary Antigen Test that analyzes IgE, IgG, IgG4, and complement (C3d) reactions to 88 foods with a powerful micro-sampling device.
First, double-check that you qualify for the offer if that is a priority for you.
- Must have a Rupa Health account and an NPI number/license to order with Precision Point, or use Rupa’s Physician Services to utilize the included test offer.

What you'll learn:
In this Bootcamp, we’ll take a deep dive into evaluating a patient’s diet, gut permeability, and toxic burden to uncover the root causes of inflammation. By exploring key biomarkers associated with each of these areas, you'll gain a clear framework for identifying where to start with treatment and how to personalize dietary recommendations. This integrative approach helps determine whether a patient’s underlying drivers are food-related, toxin-related, barrier-related—or a combination of all three—enabling more targeted and effective interventions.
During this bootcamp, we will:
- Examine the current research on biomarkers that may provide insights into potential contributors to intestinal barrier dysfunction, including microbial imbalance, food reactivity, and environmental exposures
- Review the functions of Zonulin, LPS, and DAO as they relate to gut health and explore how shifts in these markers may reflect changes in barrier integrity
- Discuss approaches to evaluating individual immune responses that may inform personalized dietary planning
- Explore strategies for supporting gut health based on biomarker patterns, with an emphasis on clinical decision-making frameworks and best practices
Please note:
This new bootcamp, Food Sensitivities, Gut Health & Detoxification: A Functional Approach, builds on our original course Understanding Food Allergies and Food Sensitivities Using the P88-DIY Dietary Antigen Test with Dr. Cheryl Burdette.
Several of the modules will feel familiar if you’ve taken the previous course—but we’ve added two brand-new lessons diving into:
- Direct markers of leaky gut (Zonulin, LPS, and DAO)
- Detox pathways and how they connect to food reactivity and gut health
It’s the same solid foundation—now with fresh insights and clinical updates to take your understanding even deeper!
