Course Details:

The average age of menopause is 51yo with a 10 year transitional period. This means women spend ⅓ to ½ of their lives in menopause! Therefore, it’s critical to understand how to work with clients and patients going through this time of a “reverse puberty” and beyond. The decline of hormones, such as estradiol, plays a big role in all systems of the body. Women often struggle with a multitude of symptoms including weight gain, mood changes, brain changes, hot flashes, skin and hair changes, joint pain, and cardiometabolic issues. While menopause is an unavoidable part of biological aging, the goal of this bootcamp is to help practitioners understand the physiological changes and support her to thrive for the rest of her life using the DUTCH® Test as a guide.

This 6-week bootcamp will walk you through the different sections of a DUTCH Complete for a perimenopausal/menopausal female to understand the relationship between the various hormones and how they play a role in this period of one's life.

Whether you’re new to female hormones or new to DUTCH testing, this course will help give you the foundation and confidence to properly support your patient’s ovarian hormones as they experience perimenopause and menopause.
